Comments controller for a major online festival

The Problem

Festival South by Southwest takes place once a year in Austin, Texas. It is made up of 3 different festivals- music, film and interactive. This year, due to covid19, it takes place online.

 

Due to this, there is a need for a tool that will help the festival organizers to control the audience's comments and get feedback.

 

This controller will be a case study in

a music festival.

The Final Result

This controller allows the user (operator) to approve comments, block inappropriate comments, to move comments for technical support and to consult with the rest of the operators. 

 

Each operator gets a portion of comments that they need to take care of. The system recognizes by words the comment category - a positive comment, negative comment or technical problem and defines them by colours.
